Terms & Conditions
Subscriber has to provide necessary documents and information to establish subscriber’s identification, legal status, and business capacity. Mesh Network BD shall have the right to verify all submitted information.
Mesh Network BD reserves the right to temporarily disconnect, suspend, or terminate the services if the subscriber provides any false or misleading information in any document or subscription form. If there is any change in the information provided earlier, the subscriber must notify Mesh Network BD. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of the services at the sole discretion of Mesh Network BD.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information marked as confidential. Such information can only be disclosed if it is already public, was lawfully available to the receiving party, or is required by law. Confidential information may be used solely to improve customer experience through Mesh Network BD’s services and offerings.
Mesh Network BD retains exclusive ownership and title of all connections, devices, and equipment provided to the subscriber.
Mesh Network BD will provide services within the agreed timeline. In case of delays, the subscriber will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable.
Mesh Network BD shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by disturbances, congestion, cable cuts, third-party network failures, or any circumstances beyond its control.
Services may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, repair, or upgrades. Mesh Network BD will notify subscribers whenever reasonably possible.
Mesh Network BD reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a subscriber uses devices, terminals, IPs, or other resources beyond the allocated connections or bandwidth capacity.
Mesh Network BD has the right to revise tariffs, validity periods, package plans, or other agreed terms at any time, subject to official notification. However, no prior notification will be required if such changes are imposed by regulatory authorities or government directives.
Mesh Network BD may communicate with subscribers regarding new services, offers, or updates through any suitable channel. The company also reserves the right to use the subscriber’s name for promotional or business purposes.
While Mesh Network BD strives to provide reliable and high-quality services, service quality may be affected by external factors. The company shall not be held liable for issues beyond its control.
Subscribers must not use Mesh Network BD services for unlawful activities that may harm national, social, or economic interests or damage the company’s reputation. In such cases, Mesh Network BD may terminate services and take legal action. Subscribers will indemnify the company for any losses, damages, or penalties caused by unlawful usage.
Any information provided by Mesh Network BD through brochures, notifications, publications, or official communications regarding service charges, billing, or policies shall also form part of this agreement.
Use of Mesh Network BD services is subject to the most current applicable usage policies.
Subscribers must pay service charges in the prescribed bill format by the due date. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
Mesh Network BD may suspend or terminate services if accumulated charges (billed or unbilled) exceed the subscriber’s security deposit or credit limit.
A “Shifting Charge” will apply if the subscriber relocates and requests to move the connection.
If a subscriber’s connection is suspended or disconnected due to payment default, reconnection will only be allowed after full payment of outstanding dues. In case of permanent disconnection, a reconnection fee will also apply.
All equipment provided by Mesh Network BD remains the property of the company. Upon termination or suspension of services, subscribers must return the equipment in good condition. Any damage must be compensated by the subscriber.
Unless otherwise provided by Mesh Network BD, the company is not responsible for any third-party hardware or software, including those accessed via the internet.
Mesh Network BD does not control or guarantee the accuracy of information available on the internet. Subscribers are solely responsible for their internet usage.
Subscribers must safeguard company-provided equipment from damage, theft, misuse, or negligence. Any deliberate or careless damage may result in charges for compensation.
Mesh Network BD shall not be liable for any health hazards or problems caused by the use or misuse of its services or equipment.
Subscribers are solely responsible for illegal data transfers, spamming, or other unlawful activities conducted through their accounts. Spamming or mass email distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination. The subscriber shall indemnify Mesh Network BD against any damages or penalties caused by such activities.
Subscribers must arrange proper power supply, grounding, UPS, and stabilizers at their own cost. Company-provided equipment must not be relocated without prior permission.
Mesh Network BD will not install or activate services without valid documents signed by the subscriber and clearance from the company’s verification process.
Any request for bandwidth upgrade/downgrade, or temporary/permanent disconnection, must be made in writing at least one month in advance.
Subscribers must file complaints regarding services through the official Mesh Network BD Help Desk.
Responsibilities of Mesh Network BD are limited to those stated in this agreement. No additional responsibilities are implied.
Mesh Network BD shall not be liable for any loss of profit, consequential damages, or other claims, whether due to negligence, service disruptions, or otherwise, relating to its services or products.
Mesh Network BD reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Mesh Network BD will not be held responsible if subscriber usage is found to be non-compliant with BTRC or Law Enforcement Agency (LEA) requirements
